弗朗西斯•福山（Yoshihiro Francis Fukuyama），复旦大学社会科学高等研究院学术委员。
福山教授是国际著名学者，现任美国斯坦福大学民主、发展与法治中心资深研究员，曾任美国霍普金斯大学Bernard L. Schwartz国际政治经济学教授，霍普金斯大学尼兹高等国际研究院主任。他的著作包括《历史之终结与最后一人》、《后人类未来──基因工程的人性浩劫》、《跨越断层──人性与社会秩序重建》、《信任》等等。
Yoshihiro Francis Fukuyama is an American political scientist, political economist, and author. He is a Senior Fellow at the Center on Democracy, Development and the Rule of Law at Stanford University. Before that he served as a professor and director of the International Development program at the School of Advanced International Studies of the Johns Hopkins University.
Fukuyama is best known for his book The End of History and the Last Man (1992), which argued that the worldwide spread of liberal democracies and free market capitalism of the West and its lifestyle may signal the end point of humanity's sociocultural evolution and become the final form of human government.
