In the programme we have included panels with presentations and expert discussion roundtables. The first day of the conference will be opened with a lecture by Stephen Coleman (University of Leeds): "Constructing the deliberative citizen"; The second day will start with a speech by Claus Offe (Hertie School of Governance): "Formation vs. aggregation of political preferences".
The conference is free of charge.
