The Policy Studies Organization (PSO) announces a call for participation for the The Middle East Dialogue 2012. This forum is for policy makers, scholars, business leaders, and other experts to discuss important policy issues. It focuses on education initiatives, social, economic and political reforms, nuclear proliferation, interfaith dialogue, women's gains and challenges, peace initiatives, and potential areas of conflict. We welcome a spectrum of political and religious persuasions to discuss issues in a spirit of tolerance and free discourse.
The Forum is co-chaired by Prof. Mohammed M. Aman of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and the Editor in Chief of Digest of Middle East Studies (DOMES), and Prof. Paul Rich, President of the Policy Studies Organization. It is sponsored by the Policy Studies Organization, American Public University, the Digest of Middle East Studies (DOMES), the Philosophical Society of Washington and the Next Century Foundation. Other sponsors are invited and will be added.
Please submit proposals and inquiries to Daniel Gutierrez-Sandoval, PSO Executive Director, at dgutierrezs@ipsonet.org or contact him at 202-483-2512 ext. 116. Proposals are due by January 7, 2012. Please include a copy of your CV with your proposal.
