The submissions are accepted from Sunday August 1, 2010 at 9:00am Japan time until Monday January 31, 2011 at 5:00pm.
We call for papers and submissions for the following:
(1) Paper Session:
Anyone may submit a complete session.
Submission must include the following information:
- Name, affiliation, and e-mail address of the session organizer;
- Abstract of the session as a whole;
- Language for presentation;
- Name, affiliation, and e-mail address of the chair;
- Names, affiliations, and e-mail addresses of the presenters;
- Abstract of each paper (separate file for each presenter).
(2) Roundtable Session:
Anyone may submit a complete session. This session consists of a session organizer and three to six discussants on related topics.
Submission must include the following information:
- Name, affiliation, and e-mail address of the session organizer;
- Abstract of the session as a whole;
- Language for presentation;
- Name, affiliation, and e-mail address of the chair;
- Names, affiliations, and e-mail addresses of the discussants.
(3) Individual paper:
Anyone may submit an individual paper.
Submission must include the following information:
- Name, affiliation, and e-mail address of the presenter;
- Abstract of the paper;
- Language for presentation;
- Selected key words.
(4) Poster:
Anyone may submit an individual paper in a poster format.
Submission must include the following information:
- Name, affiliation, and e-mail address of the presenter;
- Abstract of the poster;
- Language for presentation;
- Selected key words.
Presentation time for the poster session: lunch time, August 6-9.

The posters are to be set up and removed by the presenter during the following:

If above time slots cannot possibly met, please consult the congress secretariat for an alternative.

Acceptance:
Once on-line submission is made, you will receive an automatically generated E-mail. However, this does not mean the official acceptance. Your submission is officially accepted only if the standard is met as judged by the ISC's Scientific Commission, and payment of registration fee, completed. Only the accepted submissions will appear on the Program and the Book of Abstracts.

Other Useful Information
- Sessions schedule: every afternoon, Sat Aug 6 - Thu Aug 9, 2011.
Each session lasts for 90 minutes. However, at our discretion, double-sessions may be organized, which last for 195 minutes. - A laptop computer (windows XP, Office2003, subject to change) connected to a projector will be available for anyone who wishes to make computer-based presentations. As such, we do not allow other connections to be made to our projector. For those who intend to bring in his/her own laptop, please be aware.
Instead, presenters are asked to carry the data in an USB connectable removable media such as USB flash drives. We will set aside a special computer in the registration area to enable you to run a prior check on how your data behaves on our system. - Handouts should be prepared by the presenters, should they wish to distribute.
